【新唐人2010年12月23日讯】台湾宜兰县议会在21号通过提案，要求主管机关详查来台湾的中共官员及高干，有没有涉入严重违犯人权情事，如果被发现的话，就不发予入国许可，这项提案在江聪渊等27名宜兰县议员的连署下无异议通过，成为了全台第10个通过这项人权议案的县市议会。
